A: MOQ is 100pcs.

Q: Is that possible to make our logo on the product?
A: Yes, please just send us your logo design with AI, PSD or CDR format file.

Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?

A: Yes, we accept.

Q: When can I get the price?

A: Usually we quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry.

Q: What's the lead time for regular order?

A: 2~10 days for order quantity lower than 2000pcs.For more quantity, please contact with us to confirm lead time.

Q: How can I place an order?

A: You can contact any of our sales person for an order. Please provide the details of your requirements as clear as possible, so we can send you the offer at the first time.

Q: How does your factory to regarding quality control?

A: To make sure customer buy good quality product and service from us, before customer place orders, we will send the confirmation samples by approving before mass production.Also all products from production will be inspected one by one before shipping out.

Q: What payment do you accept? 

A: By TT, Paypal and Alibaba trade assurance, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment & goods inspection.

Q:  Is it safe to use my debit card online?

A: Yes! And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: What is your terms of delivery?

A: We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF etc, You can choose the one which is the most convenient for you.
