Composition of the Heel Pad

The function of heel pads for shoes is heightening, antiwear, antiskid, etc. There are many shapes, such as heart-shaped heel post, long strip sole post, heel sole care and so on. The materials are leather, silicone and so on.

The main reasons for the scrapping of leather shoes are as follows:

1. The heel is worn;

2. The vamp is cracked;

3. The vamp is separated from the sole, and the latter two points have mature solutions, but the problem of heel wear has not been properly handled.

Dongguan Zhiguo provides a kind of replaceable wear-resistant heel cushions for shoes with low cost, convenient use and effective extension of heel service life. The replaceable wear-resistant heel pad mainly consists of two parts: wear-resistant part and connecting part. The connecting piece is an inserting piece in the shape of an arrow which is made on a hard base plate (such as a stainless steel plate) to make a number of vertical base plates. The wear-resistant part is a thin layer made of wear-resistant material with the same shape and size as the sole of the heel (the thickness is designed according to the needs). The base plate of the connector is made into the wear-resistant part by similar injection molding method, so that the two parts become a whole, and the connector insert is exposed at the same time.
