Is the Orthopedic Support Pad Desirable?

The cushion orthopedic arch support pad is a conventional tool for flat foot correction and flat foot treatment. Some are specially made, and some add an orthopedic insole to ordinary shoes. However, scientific research shows that the effect is not as good as claimed to ameliorate the arch of the foot, but aggravate the symptoms and damage the structure of the arch.

The key to flat foot rehabilitation is shoes, not insoles. Everyone knows that it is caused by wearing inappropriate shoes, not caused by unsuitable insoles, and of course it cannot be solved by insoles.

To give a simple example: high heels hurt the foot. You can only wear high-heeled shoes less, not by adding an insole to it. Decompression of the arch is the key, and negative heel shoes are available. The arch of the existing cushion-type orthopaedic arch support pad must have an arch string, and the arch string of the arch of the foot is the plantar fascia(plantar aponeurosis). The arch support pad did not pay attention, but applied external force to the plantar fascia from below, which would cause further flaccid of the plantar fascia (plantar aponeurosis) and worsen the flat feet. The plantar aponeurosis is more flaccid , and the arch height is lower and the flat feet is more severe.
